Where will our session take place?
Sessions take place at an agreed upon location in the Ottawa/Kanata/Stittsville area. There may be a fee to drive more than 30km outside of Ottawa.
What time will our session take place?
I’m a real stickler on times I shoot. If we are doing an outdoor session I stick to about 1.5 hours prior to sunset for best lighting. If we’re doing an indoor lifestyle session I typically like to shoot at either 10am or 1pm whatever time your home has the best lighting.
Can I print my photos anywhere?
Yes. You do gain printing rights to your photos, however, if you do decide to print outside of my preferred print company I cannot help with any printing issues such as colours or crops.
Can I post my photos to social media?
Absolutely! I encourage you to share your photos with your family and friends on social media. I do require you to give me full photo credit by tagging my business page. I also do not allow any filters or editing to be done to the photos I provide.
Do you shoot weddings?
I do not but have my preferred wedding photographers I recommend to my clients
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I require a $100 deposit for all sessions and full payment for mini sessions
Do you offer prints?
YES! Prints can be purchased directly off my photo sharing website and will be mailed directly to your home.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes! I offer mini sessions 4 times per year only. Summer Mini’s in July, Beach Mini’s in August, Fall Mini’s in October and Christmas Mini’s in November/December. I do not offer mini sessions apart from these.
How many photos will we receive in our gallery?
Great question! You can expect to receive between 35-70 photos in a gallery for a Petite, Classic or lifestyle Session and 25 for a Mini Session.
Do we get to keep all the photos in our gallery?
You get to keep all the photos in your gallery for a Classic and Lifestyle Session. Limited digitals are given for Petite and Mini Sessions
What is in your camera bag?
I shoot with a Nikon D4s and D6 and am a prime girl. I love my 50mm and 85mm lens for outdoor sessions and my Sigma 35mm lens for lifestyle sessions
Do you offer mentoring sessions?
Not at this time but hopefully in the near future.
How long until I receive my images?
Typically between 1-2 weeks, sometimes 3 during my busy fall season
How do I book with you?
I have a booking page linked on my website and social media pages. You can book available dates and pay your deposit via that web page. If you don’t see a date that works for you please contact me to see if we can accommodate your availability.
